1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the person using the platform and kiss9188. They apply to the website, account services, casino content, live dealer games, slot games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment functions and customer support made available by kiss9188.

3 Account Eligibility

6 Betting, Casino and Settlement Rules

A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by the kiss9188 system. It is your responsibility to check the stake, selection and odds before confirmation. Accepted bets generally cannot be edited or cancelled merely because the player has changed their mind.

Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and live football, are settled using official results and the applicable market rules. Bets may be voided where an event is abandoned, postponed, incorrectly priced or affected by a material technical error. Obvious odds, display or settlement errors do not create an entitlement to an incorrect payout.

Casino and slot outcomes are determined according to the relevant game rules. Temporary visual delays do not alter the result recorded by the underlying game server. Where the screen and server record differ, the verified server record shall prevail, subject to investigation.

Suspected prohibited conduct may result in investigation, temporary restriction, voided affected bets, removal of improper gains, account closure or reporting to relevant service providers or authorities where legally required.

Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment, not income or a solution to financial difficulty. kiss9188 provides or supports controls including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. A player may request these measures through customer support.

10 Privacy, KYC and Data Processing
